The heater only comes on to replace the heat lost to the bedroom. If the bed remains covered, the heat loss is reduced and the heater will only be operating for a few hours a day.
Test figures from Denmark in 2015 worked out at about 55p per week but even with
poor exchange rates and the worst energy deal tariffs it should be well under £1
